What is the minimum size of the circle for a round about driveway?

Hi there!

I have a hillside home in Studio City, CA and would like to make a circular turn around driveway at the bottom of the driveway. I would like to put a Canary Palm in the middle. Just not sure of the minimum dimension and would really appreciate your help with this.

The minimum diameter circle I've done is 50'. this is a comfortable turn around for a car, but a delivery vehicle may have difficulty. The wider you make the road the better. An 18-20' driveway would be helpful.
